Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using freedomTrack you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Permitted Use

• freedomTrack is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control.
• You may use the app to record your own outdoor activities, share routes you own, and export your data.
• You may not use the app to track another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.

Your Content

Routes, photos, voicepoints, and other data you create belong to you. By uploading content to enable sharing or live links, you grant freedomTrack a limited licence to store and serve that content for the purpose of providing the requested feature. You can remove uploaded content at any time from within the app.

Live Sharing

When you create a live link or shared route, anyone with the link can view the associated route and media. You are responsible for deciding who you share links with and for revoking access when needed.

Health Data

Heart-rate data from Apple Watch is only accessed when you explicitly enable it. Health data is used solely to display metrics during and after an activity and is not shared with third parties.

Paid Plans and Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid plan available through the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID settings in the App Store.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

freedomTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GPS accuracy depends on device hardware, signal conditions, and environment. Do not rely solely on this app for navigation in situations where errors could cause harm.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, freedomTrack and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including data loss, route inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the last update is shown below.
